These Terms of Use govern your use of LiteScan. By downloading, accessing, or using LiteScan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Service description
LiteScan provides tools for document scanning, image import, cropping, perspective correction, filter enhancement, OCR, translation, text export, PDF export, and local document filing. Some features may require LiteScan Pro.
Free features and Pro features
The free version includes basic scanning, cropping, auto enhancement, and PDF export. LiteScan Pro may include unlimited text recognition, translation after OCR, TXT / Word text export, advanced document filters, and batch image import.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
LiteScan Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable weekly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Product availability, pricing, free trials, taxes, and renewal rules are based on what the App Store displays at the time of purchase.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store. LiteScan does not control Apple's refund decisions or billing systems.
Restore purchases
You can use the restore purchases feature in LiteScan to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID, subject to App Store and StoreKit availability.
Lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you scan, recognize, store, export, and share is legally owned by you or used with authorization. Do not use LiteScan to violate laws, infringe others' rights, or process content you are not allowed to use.
Your content
You retain any rights you have in the documents, images, and text you scan, import, recognize, export, or share through LiteScan. LiteScan is a tool for processing your content and does not grant you rights to content you do not already have permission to use.
Accuracy of automated results
OCR, cropping, filters, perspective correction, and translation are automated features and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Review important documents manually before relying on, sharing, submitting, or archiving the output.
Backups and data loss
Scanned documents and recognized text are mainly stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, deleting documents in the app, changing devices, or device failure may cause data loss. You are responsible for backing up important files.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, Pro benefits, or these terms to improve the app, fix issues, or meet legal and platform requirements. We will post updated terms on this page or show them inside the app.
Disclaimer
LiteScan is provided as a productivity tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of automated processing results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteScan and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate automated results, user content, data loss, subscription platform issues, or misuse of the app.

退款、取消、账单问题和订阅管理由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。LiteScan 无法控制 Apple 的退款决定或账单系统。
恢复购买
你可以在 LiteScan 中使用恢复购买功能，恢复与你的 Apple ID 关联且符合条件的购买项目，具体取决于 App Store 和 StoreKit 的可用性。
合规使用
你应确保扫描、识别、保存、导出和分享的内容由你合法拥有或已获得授权。不得使用 LiteScan 违反法律、侵犯他人权益，或处理你无权使用的内容。
你的内容
你保留对通过 LiteScan 扫描、导入、识别、导出或分享的文档、图片和文本所拥有的权利。LiteScan 是处理你内容的工具，并不会授予你使用无权内容的权利。
自动处理结果准确性
OCR、裁剪、滤镜、透视矫正和翻译均为自动处理能力，可能出现不准确、不完整或不符合预期的结果。重要文档在依赖、分享、提交或归档前，请人工核对。
备份与数据丢失
扫描文档和识别文本主要保存在你的设备本地。删除 App、在 App 内删除文档、更换设备或设备故障都可能导致数据丢失。你有责任自行备份重要文件。
服务可用性与变更
我们可能为了改进 App、修复问题或符合法律和平台要求，调整、暂停或停止部分功能、Pro 权益或本条款。更新后的条款会发布在本页面或在 App 内展示。
免责声明
LiteScan 作为效率工具提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用不保证服务持续可用、完全无错误，或自动处理结果完全准确。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，LiteScan 及其开发者不对间接、附带、后果性、特殊或惩罚性损害承担责任，也不对因自动处理结果不准确、用户内容、数据丢失、订阅平台问题或不当使用应用造成的损失承担超出法律允许范围的责任。
